This Privacy Policy explains how EA ARGE ENGINEERING SOFTWARE CO. LTD. ("Canlı Katalog", "we") collects, uses, protects your personal data when you use the Canlı Katalog mobile application and the canlikatalog.com website, and your rights under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). By using our services, you accept this Policy.

As the data controller under KVKK, our company is responsible for processing and protecting your personal data.

When using our services, the following categories of personal data are collected: identity (name, surname), contact (email, phone, address), customer transaction (payments, invoices, orders), transaction security (IP, sessions, logs), device & usage (type, OS, app version), user content (catalog products, images, prices, logos).

We do not collect special category data (health, biometric, religious views).

Your personal data is processed for: account management, providing services, customer support, billing, service quality improvement, in-app notifications, legal compliance, defense in disputes, statistical analysis.

Personal data is retained per legal minimum periods: account data while active + 3 years after deletion, commercial documents 10 years, marketing consent until withdrawn, logs 6 months - 2 years (Law 5651), anonymous data indefinitely.

Security measures: SSL/TLS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, secure infrastructure, access control, regular backups, 72-hour breach notification per KVKK Art. 12.

Personal data may be shared with: service providers (hosting, email, cloud, payment), legal authorities (upon written request), corporate transfer (merger/sale), with your explicit consent. Never for advertising. International transfer with KVKK Art. 9 protections.

Cookie categories used: strictly necessary (session, auth, security), functional (preferences), analytics (anonymous stats). No advertising cookies currently. Manage via browser settings.
